Winter Warmers: Jumpers

November overall has been a very mild month so we really shouldn't complain. But the days are still getting colder and we are all on the hunt for some winter warmers.

First stop will be jumpers! I love a good jumper, they make you feel all warm and cosy and you can always layer up or layer down with them...depending on the temperature outside.

The highstreet is full of great jumpers in every colour, design or pattern you could think of. If you follow my blog regularly then you will know that the type of jumper I am looking for, will not be boring!

So here are my favourites from the high street:

Miss Selfridge Intarsia Bow Jumper, Miss Selfridge Knitted Star Jumper.
Miss Selfridge Metallic Drape Back Jumper, River Island Cream Aran Knit Jumper.

River Island Love Print Jumper, River Island Purple Stripe Zip Back Tuck Stitch Jumper.

River Island White Navjo Print Jumper, Topshop Knitted All Over Hearts Jumper.

Topshop Knitted Reindeer Jumper, Topshop Knited Sequin Bird Sweater.

 Topshop Knitted Sequin Star Jumper.

Tweed

When I think of A/W one of  the first items that pops into my head is tweed. Don't ask me why because I have no idea, it's not even like I have seen it in that much in the high street stores. But tweed is one of those age old materials like denim which will always be around. Especially when it is closely associated with good old England.

So I have had a look online to see what lovely tweed items are out there and here is what I found:

Boohoo Trixie Tweed Cape with Buckle, Dorothy Perkins Tan Tweed Brogues.

H&M Tweed Blazer, River Island Grey Colour Block Skirt.

Topshop Tweed Drop Arm Boyfriend Coat.

Miss H Loves: Nail Rock

My new found obsession at the moment is nail art! I love doing my nails and I almost feel incomplete if I don't. Nail art for me, is a way of showing off your individuality and style. I like to experiment with different colours and designs however I am not one for wearing the traditional french manicure. So when I saw the brand Nail Rock, I was very excited.

Nail Rock is a brand that produces designer nail wraps- a new way to design and decorate your nails. Different to nail varnish which is actually painted on to your nails, the best way to describe nail wraps is a thin sticker like material that sticks to your nails. They last up to 7 days and never chip! Nail Rock come in all different colours and designs, so your nails will never feel boring again.

Here are a few of my fav designs:

What I Am Wearing Weekly Round Up!

I missed our last week's weekly round up due to the fact that I decided to focus on Twilight instead of my own fashion picks, but this week it is back and the outfits are a mix up of this week and last week.

So we have my usual day to day outfits that shows off my usual casual chic style but...this week one outfit will stand out in particular because I got all dressed up for my work's Xmas dinner. I wanted to go chic enough for a restaurant and a little bit more dressed up than I would for a normal day at work. I also tried something subtle but new with my hair, I love the hair plaits trend so I tried a little something myself... So let me know what you think :)

Style Watch: Ashley Greene

Following on from my Twilight post last Friday, today I will be looking at the style of the actress Ashley Greene who place Alice Cullan. From what I can see from magazines and interview she is very different to her character but loves fashion just as much.

Her style suits her age and body shape very well, whether she is on the red carpet or just popping to the shops her outfits are always well put together.

Here are a few of my favourite looks:

Aqua by Aqua

I have already done an Aqua by Aqua post before but I haven't had a look at their new season till now! I am still loving their dresses and I think they are perfect for any night out. But now they have started to sell great 'separates', such as skirts and tops as well as accessorizes and jackets. Quickly becoming one of my favourite brands, Aqua is still one to watch!

Here are a few of my favourites from this season:

Bruni Origami Bandeau Mini Dress, Claudia Structured Peplum Mini Dress.

Perseus One Shoulder Full Cape Dress, Vendella Peplum Structured Bandeau Dress

Style Watch: Tulisa Contostavlos

I have not done a celebrity style watch in quite some time, so today I will be focusing on Tulisa Contostavlos also know as Tulisa from NDubz or Tulisa from Xfactor.

She is shot to fame from being the lead female vocalist in the pop group NDubz but she is now known for becoming this year's group judge on the Xfactor. Plus she has even had a full blown Xfactor make over which has her looking better than ever.

Tulisa is the typical girl next door, which a lot of young girls can relate to and her sense of style reflects this. She wears a lot of designer items teamed with high street items too. So her style is definitely achievable!!

Here are a few of my favourite looks:

I love this outfit!!
